IU Health – Engaging Solutions developed a supplier diversity plan, identifying participation goals and unbundling large bid packages to create opportunities for various sized contractors. We led facilitating joint ventures and matchmaking activities to connect businesses and increase opportunities for firms of all sizes. In addition to reviewing bid schedules and packages, we also assisted with messaging to ensure consistent diversity communication, supporting planning tasks to achieve diversity goals.
