Our name says it all. We engage with our clients to create effective solutions for specific business challenges.
Engaging Solutions, established in 2005 by four managing principles, combined their talents in 2005 to create a management consultant firm. Today, we employ more than 100 professionals, specializes in solving complex business issues. Our team provides a wide range of services, including Contact Center Operations, Planning and Community Development, Diversity, Health Equity, and Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, to a diverse clientele. Known for delivering expert advice and service across sectors, we strive to achieve our clients’ objectives through understanding their needs and fostering strong partnerships.
We boast a diverse list of clients in Indiana and throughout the U.S. from government and nonprofit sectors to large companies. We are certified as minority and women owned in eight other states and nationally through the National Minority Supplier Development Council and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

Meet Our Founders
The founders of Engaging Solutions, LLC (ES) are sound business professionals with advanced degrees in business administration and urban and regional planning.
They also hold certifications in the areas of grant writing, project management, budgeting and diversity services, and training.
ES sponsored an Indianapolis little league to attend their first Indianapolis Indians game.
Commitment to Community
Corporate stewardship is reflected in our guiding principles, corporate mission, and values. It is reflected in our guiding principles, corporate mission, and values, active gifting and volunteerism. We remain actively engaged in corporate and community-based ventures that address planning, economic development, and other civic/societal topics.
Our company donates 10 percent of our net profit to the community through both in-kind and financial donations. In addition, Engaging Solutions also donates hundreds of volunteer hours to organizations in the Indianapolis area such as participating in health-related walks and community-wide events.
