Engaging Solutions is currently collaborating with Business Equity for Indy (BEI) and the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership to advance their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives through the development of a data-driven report card system. This system is designed to monitor and report on the performance of BEI member companies, ensuring alignment with BEI’s People, Procurement, and Policy (3Ps) framework. By employing an Agile and Scrum-based methodology for project management, we are facilitating adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement. This approach enables transparent tracking of progress toward eliminating racial disparities within the Central Indiana business community.

As part of this three-year project, Engaging Solutions is refining the content of the report cards, enhancing data collection tools, and fostering iterative feedback to continuously optimize the process. We are also conducting workshops titled “Leveraging Data for DEI and Supplier Diversity Advancement,” to educate BEI members on the strategic use of data to promote transparency and accountability. These workshops are essential in building the capacity of member companies to set benchmarks, analyze progress, and develop actionable plans to advance their DEI goals. Our initiative encourages ongoing learning and improvement in these critical areas, ensuring that member companies can effectively contribute to the broader goal of equity within the Central Indiana business landscape.
