Lucas Oil – Engaging Solutions Assisted Construction Management teams with M/WBE outreach and compliance for major projects including Lucas Oil Stadium and Indianapolis Convention Center Expansion. We promoted the M/WBE program and served as a community liaison, auditing contractor payment applications and resolving M/WBE spend issues. To ensure compliance and excellence, we developed and managed the M/WBE training program.
