Engaging Solutions (ES) played a pivotal role in the comprehensive planning project, demonstrating a commitment to excellence throughout. During Phase 1: Discovery, ES, actively engaged in the project kick-off and tour, providing valuable insights and fostering collaboration. ES assumed a leadership role in developing a robust Community Engagement Strategy, ensuring alignment with equity and inclusion principles.

As the project progressed to Phase 2: Visioning, ES orchestrated impactful focus groups and the initial public workshop series. Our leadership in shaping the vision, goals, and objectives reflected a steadfast dedication to community-driven outcomes. ES spearheaded key aspects, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive approach.

In Phase 3: Framework, ES synthesized technical analysis and community input into various plan elements, shaping the foundational aspects of the comprehensive plan.

Advancing to Phase 4: Action, ES took charge of Steering Committee Meetings, implementation planning, fiscal impact evaluations, and the creation of a Planning & Zoning Division workplan. Additionally, we provided vital leadership during events, public outreach, and staff reviews through meticulously crafting the plan and ensured community engagement through well-organized open houses.

ES, responsive to community feedback, refined the plan for finalization and delivered a comprehensive plan not only meeting but exceeding expectations.
